For today’s post, I’ll be answering this question: Who introduced you to The False Prince? *pulls up a chair and rubs hands* Well, this is a long story. It all started when….
Okay, okay, fine, I’ll admit it. It’s not THAT long of a story. Basically, back in the day when I was in elementary school, one of my teachers read The False Prince out loud to us throughout the school year. And I LOVED IT. Fast forward a couple of years and I may have forgotten about the book. Well, I didn’t forget about how much I loved it but I forgot the title and how to ever find the book again. So, for me, hope was lost. And life continued. Until the fateful day came.
What is the fateful day, you might ask?
Well one day I was browsing the library, looking for a good book to read. Somehow, I stumbled upon The False Prince and fainted of excitement. Literally.
Maybe I didn’t faint but I was filled with so much joy, I ran home and gobbled the book right up. Loved it. Read the second book. Loved it even more. Read the third book, fangirled, introduced this book to all of my friends, waited anxiously for The Captive Kingdom, fangirled even more, and here we are now: counting down the days until the series finale. *sad eyes*
In a couple of paragraphs, I summed up my whole False Prince journey! Now guess what: it’s your turn! Tell me in the comments below: Who introduced YOU to The False Prince? And for all y’all who haven’t read The False Prince answer this: Does it sound interesting? Do you think you would like to read it? (People who answer get chocolate…XD) Let’s end with a fabulous quote:
“No, my lady. If I cannot look at you as an equal, I will not look at you at all.”-The False Prince
