Hellooooooooo fans! How has your week been? Good? Bad? Horrible? Stressful? Okay? I hope it has been TERRIFIC!
I am back, finally, with the Truth or Dare post. (Which I know was LONG overdue) I’d like to thank all of you for giving me dares! Idk, I guess I could say I was feeling a little risky and decided to have you guys give me dares. 🙂
‘Cause I mean we all need to take risks in life, right? #lifetipswithalexa XD
Anyway, I know y’all are cringing in your seats right now because you just want to get to the truth or dare part. Don’t tell me no because I do know that you are, lol. Hehe. But I’ll guess I’ll get on with the post. So, without further ado, here is what y’all have been waiting for.
My first dare was suggested by Miriam! She told me to do 10 pushups. And guess what? I did! Hurrah! Aren’t y’all proud of me? Here’s the exact routine I did it in:
(Had to change spots because I was slipping with my socks on the floor)
3 more pushups
(Has to scold sister for laughing at me)
5 pushups to end it!
My second dare was suggested by Maggie! She told me to write a post about my top three favorite book characters of all time. Won’t that be a fun post to tap into? The post is now on my blogging schedule so I should be able to get around to it soon!
Mahitha also dared me to write a post about something embarrassing that happened in my life. *Sighs* Oh no. That post is also now on the schedule, so stay tuned for that!
Next, Trixie dared me to make a shirt that said “Empaths give me all the feels.” If you are a KOTLC fan, y’all know what I’m talking ’bout! And bonus: I even wore it to school last Friday!
Akriti dared me to eat ice cream with mayo. *Shudders* Here, you know what? I just decided I will tell you what happened in story form:
Alexa pulled open the freezer, searching for the ice cream and finally found it on the top shelf. She grabbed the mayo out of the fridge and set them side by side for a picture for her bloggers which of whom she loved so dearly that she was doing this for them. (XD)
Alexa placed a scoop full of ice cream and a spoon full of mayo into a small glass bowl. She mixed the two together and took a bite, immediately gagging. Making weird whale noises, she jokingly offered the ice cream to her brother but he refused saying he heard her gagging. She was able to eat about half of it before wanting to vomit and had to pass on the rest of it. After eating it, she realized the ice cream had a lot of mayo and she should have toned the mayo down a bit, but oh well.
Even though I didn’t eat all of it, I hope that still counts! Thanks Akriti for this dare! XD
The last dare I got was from Issabelle! She told me to draw a book character or one of my own characters so here’s my drawing!
Everyone, meet one my characters in my book, Liberty. This book is definitely one of my side stories, (I don’t work on it very much) but I thought it was one of my better drawings, so I decided to put this drawing up. ‘Cause the other one I tried drawing, didn’t turn out very well…(If you are wondering, I didn’t draw the body outline. I drew everything inside it. For example, I drew the fur outline. )
Thank you to all who gave me dares! It was so much fun and so much risky, but it was all worth it! I have one thing to tell you before I leave for today:
If you noticed, the post description paragraph and the text color on the right side of my blog page is gray, and not white. I don’t know how that happened, I just came back here to check up on things and saw that. I’ve already tried resetting the blog text color, but it still hasn’t worked. If anyone know how to solve this problem, your advice will be greatly appreciated!
Tell me in the comments below:
- Have you ever played truth or dare? If so, what was your favorite dare that you have ever done?
- What is one piece of writing advice you would like everyone to know for their stories?
- Do you like Valentines Day? Why or why not? Do you have any special things you do or any special stories? Any special things to do someone?
Thanks for tapping in for today’s post! Have a magnificent day!
