Update: I just got tagged for the first time!! And the tag is a False Prince Tag which is a book that I absolutely adore! So this is a double fun tag! During this post I will make sure to tell you if there are spoilers. 😉 Anyway, I can not wait so let’s get on with this tag!
Here are the rules from Issabelle:
#1. Link back to the post of the person who tagged you.
Thank you so much Issabelle from Teen Writers Nook for tagging me! If you don’t know her and her team (Katherine and Alana) at Teen Writers Nook already, you should go check them out! I’m always looking forward to their posts and if you go to their blog, they will make sure you feel at home. Pop in over there and say hi!
#2. Link back to the creator’s post.
Issabelle also started this tag which is AMAZING, so go and stay at her and her team’s blog for awhile!
#3. Answer the five questions (obsessive fangirling is optional).
*Laughs* You can count on me obsessive fangirling because, you know, this is a fangirl blog…. so plan on that. 🙂
Optional rule: Tag 3+ other bloggers. This step is ABSOLUTELY optional!!!!!!!!!
Onto the questions!
#1. What’s your favorite book in the series?
Haha, you expect me to pick one? Honestly this question might be very hard for me. I guess I can’t pick The Captive Kingdom because I haven’t read it…yet! I’m in the line for the library holds and I’m so close to finally getting it after waiting 2 months. So my favorite book in the series that I have read so far is The Runaway King. But that might change with the upcoming books.
#2. Between Sage, Tobias, and Roden who do you relate to the most?
*Buries face into hands* These are deep questions! I want to relate to Sage the most, but if I answer truthfully, I don’t even come close to the person he is. He is absolutely the most well developed character I have ever come across and he has the sort of sassy personality that makes you want to stick with him through his books.
Roden. Hmm, Roden. He’s a great, loyal, stubborn character, but I don’t think I relate to him the most.
So that leaves Tobias. He’s highly smart, compassionate, brave, but the most timid out of the three boys, (not saying he is very timid, but just out of the boys he would be the one to be the most timid) so in the end, I relate most to Tobias.
#3. How did you first learn about this book series?
Ooh! Backstory time! I first originally learned of the series through my 5th grade teacher who read it to us as a class. After I had read it, I sort of forgot about it for some time until a couple years later I vaguely remembered I loved the plot in it and ended up reading it again. After the first few pages, I remembered I LOVED this series and I have continued on LOVING it until this very day. (I promise I won’t forget about this series again.) I even passed on the love to my friend and now we both fangirl over the same series.
#4 If you had to spend the whole day with either Conner or Cregan which would you choose?
Connor’s not that bad, but Cregan….Cregan. We must not talk about him.
Connor for sure.
#5 What, in your opinion, was Sage’s most sassiest moment?
I wish I could narrow it down to even a few hundred because there are a TON of things and moments to love about Sage. Honestly, I cannot pick. I’m going to have to go for the entire book. (Does that count?)
#6. Which character do you think is the most underrated?
I can’t pick again! But since I have to I’m going to have to go with Issabelle on this one. I agree with her that Amarinda is sometimes overlooked.
#7. Share any fun things you’ve made or seen or learned about The Ascendance Series. ANYTHING AT ALL!!!
Here are the people I’m tagging:
(If only I could tag Issabelle again ’cause I know she is a HUGE fan of The False Prince.)
I’m tagging: YOU!
Yes, I’m tagging all the TFP fans out there. If you have a blog, great! If you don’t, well, do the tag in the comments!
False Prince fans unite!
I remember when I was once reading a tag, someone tagged everyone and I remember thinking it was too weird to put the tag on my newly made blog. (At this time it was Teen Pulse as my main blog) Well, like me if you are thinking this is weird to put it on your blog, DO NOT think so! (There is a reason I tagged all the TFP fans.) But if you do post this tag on your blog, don’t be afraid to tell me so I can come and read it!
Aww, this tag has come to an end! Noo! It was so fun to write about how much I love this series. Honestly I hope y’all go and read this book and series. Jennifer Nielson did an amazing job writing it. Go and read it sometime!
Next post will be that super fun post that I have been planning for awhile so buckle up for that! I will see you all again next time! Bye peeps!
